I think I may have broken (or maybe sprained?) at least one toe yesterday. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. In the meantime, I used about three or four bandages to tape my two sore toes together and keep them straight. So far, that's helped cut down the pain noticeably as bending/moving them obviously makes it worse, and it also seems to help my ( Read more... )
